1. Introduction We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Crafy.in collects, uses and protects your personal information. This page also contains our shipping and refund policy.

  • Order details and personalization information (names, colors, text to be printed).

  • Payment information: we do not store full payment card details — payment is processed via the third‑party payment gateway used at checkout.

  • Website usage information via cookies and analytics tools.

  • To process and deliver your order.

  • To contact you about your order or respond to support requests.

  • To send promotional emails if you opt-in to marketing.

  • To improve our website and services.

 

4. Sharing your information We share information only with trusted third parties necessary to complete orders (payment processors, couriers, and Wix as our website platform). We do not sell personal data.

8. Shipping policy

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹1,000.

  • Shipping charges apply for orders under ₹1,000 (calculated at checkout).

  • Dispatch time: typically 3–7 business days for non‑custom items, 7–14 business days for custom/personalized items.

  • Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

9. Refunds & returns

  • Custom/personalized products: No returns or refunds except for manufacturing faults. Please check all customization details carefully before ordering.

  • Damaged or faulty items: Report within 48 hours with clear photos to hello@crafy.in. We will evaluate and may offer replacement, repair or refund.

  • Non-custom items (if sold): Follow the returns instructions provided; items must be unused and in original condition. Contact support to start a return.

 

10. International orders If you order from outside India, customs, duties and taxes may apply — these are the buyer’s responsibility. International shipping times are longer and vary by destination.
