2. Send clear photos of both people via WhatsApp or Instagram or Email along with your Order ID.
3. Our artists will create your custom couple miniature and show you a 3d model before painting.
4. After you approve, we hand-paint your miniature.
5. Your personalized figurine will be carefully packed and shipped!

• At least one clear photo per person is required (good lighting, no filters, no sunglasses).

• Hairstyle, beard, glasses, and expressions will be matched as closely as possible from the reference photos.

• Outfit colors and small details may vary slightly due to the miniature art style.

• Base color selection is mandatory. If not selected, a default color will be used.

• This is a custom-made product, so returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production starts.

• Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, and material finish.

• Production starts only after photos are received with the correct Order ID.

• If photos are not shared within the specified time, order processing may be delayed.
